How to Raise a Complaint With Provenflow Walk-In Tubs
Last updated: October 2026
Provenflow Walk-In Tubs wants to treat everyone who reaches out fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Provenflow Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with acted
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties, and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, it usually helps to take it to the provider first. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Please know that Provenflow Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@provenflow.living. Please include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. Finally, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take a second look. You can also contact your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
